This week, Monday April 18th, we has two hail storms in one day. The first one was an afternoon hail storm with small bits, but the end result looked similar to this picture that was taken after the evening storm. The remnants of this storm were melted in less that thirty minutes. The second storm was in the early evening with thunder, lighting and quarter size hail. Roof tops were still covered in the morning because of the evening temperature drop.
Welcome to our Northwest bi-polar spring.
We are ready for some real spring/summer weather. --emily

I am glad to see your flowers still standing strong even after being pelted with hail! I just love spring flowers.
