Bowling

We where invited to our friend Kelton's birthday party today. The boys had a fun time and they loved learning how to bowl. We have never been bowling as a family before. It took Jacob about 15 minutes to warm up to the ideal, but as soon as he was warmed there was no stopping him. It made me wish we had an inexpensive bowling ally to take the kids more often. We are glad that Kelton invited us to his party. --emily

Bowling is pretty fun! It takes me a whole game to get warmed up, so Jacob's doing great. Is the little bowling alley in Snoqualmie pricey then?

It is crazy expensive! They charge you as if you have a whole team. It was like $50. --

Jacob looks like a pro bowler! Look at that serious face. Come to Utah to bowl. They have discounts for bowling before 6:00, so a family of four could bowl for $21, or after 6:00 for $24. The Monday night special pays for bowling lane and shoes for up to 6 people for $20. You can stay at my house.

What a fun day for your family. At Sunday dinner Jacob gave an exact and articulate description of where the ball goes and how it comes back; it was darling! FYI bowling alley's don't want your kids there, they make all their money on the regular league bowlers and alcohol and they don't want families there that may be offended by what they hear and see.
Too bad eh!

Kids and bowling, you can't go wrong! And that watershed trip sounds really cool!
